AIGNITRON advances AI responsibly — improving performance while reducing unnecessary resource consumption. We believe AI should feel good to use, not just powerful. Making sustainability visible and rewarding is how we get there.
Most AI interactions don't need maximum compute. Summarizing a short email, extracting dates from a message, drafting a quick reply — these routine tasks trigger expensive cloud LLM calls when they could be handled locally. The result: unnecessary latency, inflated costs, and wasted infrastructure capacity.
Our solution: Smart routing that handles lightweight work close to the user, escalates only when necessary, and measures the results.
What We're Building
IgnisPrompt is our flagship product: local-first routing for routine AI tasks + smart escalation to cloud LLMs + an impact dashboard that makes your contribution visible, like a health app.
We're not trying to slow down AI adoption. We're building the infrastructure layer that makes AI adoption sustainable at scale.
Why Now
AI usage is scaling faster than infrastructure efficiency. Every company shipping AI features will eventually hit this problem: costs spiral, latency suffers, and users start asking "is this wasteful?"
Routing is the pragmatic answer. It improves economics today. It enables credible sustainability claims tomorrow. And the behavioral piece — the dashboard that shows "you saved 3.2kg CO₂ this month" — that's what drives adoption beyond just engineering teams.

The thesis: Routing is the missing infrastructure layer. Local-first for routine work, smart escalation for complex work, and an impact dashboard that makes every routing decision feel rewarding.
Building now: Routing architecture, instrumentation design with transparent methodology, design partner outreach (companies with 50k+ AI requests/day), and dashboard mockups that test the "health app" hypothesis.
